Product information
In order to preserve bone mass, it is useful to take a supplement to add calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamins D3 and K2 to your diet.
Calcium and magnesium give bones density and elasticity, and they can prevent or reduce osteoporosis and decalcification in women during menopause. A deficit in magnesium may cause some slowing down in bone repairing and increase their fragility.
Vitamin D3 promotes calcium absorption in the intestine while vitamin K2 is involved in the processes of bone mineralisation.
Just like calcium and magnesium, also zinc, besides being one of the mineral components of bones, is involved in the metabolic processes of bone reconstruction.
